Visit usawmembership.com and click on Create Free Account

Complete account sign up with your information (parent).

You will then click on manage and then profiles at the top of the page. 

Create a new profile with your child's information. You may use your phone number and email address. 

Once profile is completed, click on Manage Profile. 

Click on Get Memberships.
